# Risk of Depreciation

You understand and accept that with regards to the $SFIT Token and the NFT’s, that no market liquidity may be guaranteed and that the value (if any) of the $SFIT Token and NFT’s may experience extreme volatility or depreciate over time resulting in loss that will be borne exclusively by you.
