# Proof-of-Activity

Supported by a comprehensive fitness app and partner solution from a highly respected fitness gadget company, Sense4FIT validates its transactions and user payouts through a unique, Proof-of-Activity (PoA) ,concept.

Sense4FIT encourages users to have better lifestyles, tracking their nutrition and mindfulness patterns, while also rewarding further immersion through social media engagement. Thus, PoA is present at all stages of a user’s fitness journey, accurately monitoring efforts within workouts, as a function of BPM, kCal burn and time. 

Nutrition is tracked based on respecting the dietary plan provided as well as kCal consumed. Lastly, sleep and meditation are monitored through the fitness tracker, as a function of BPM and breaths per minute, as well as length or quality.
